These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.kraniumhr.com (“Site”), owned and operated by Kranium HR Inc. (“Kranium HR”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

  1. Description of the Site

The Site is an online platform that provides HR management services, including but not limited to talent acquisition, HR consulting, employee management, compliance management, and training.

  1. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Site:

(a) in any way that violates any applicable Indian or international law or regulation;

(b) for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise;

(c) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms;

(d) to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation;

(e) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate Kranium HR, a Kranium HR employee, another user, or any other person or entity;

(f) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by Kranium HR, may harm Kranium HR or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Kranium HR, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KRANIUM HR MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. KRANIUM HR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
