Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of the processes and resource management
- Coordinate with leaders and teams to ensure that quality standards are adhered throughout all deliverable to the clients consistently
- Plan and execute Quality Audits for the client deliverables
- Coordinate with department leaders to ensure that coding best practices are implemented
- Be the process level owner for all technologies and projects, and ensure structured delivery to clients
- Create and enforce operational security standards
- Coordinate with the department leaders to make sure that the RIGHT resources are recruited, trained and deployed
- Work closely with the department leaders for Capacity Building and Knowledge Management
- Be the torchbearer for upcoming and new technologies
- Create Proof of Concepts and spearhead Pilot Projects
- Work closely with Human Resource to ensure that all the resources are trained, assessed, monitored for performance and rewarded according to their level of abilities
- Inspire and lead the resources to think big and focus on solutions
- Be the Technology advancement owner
Skills:
- 12-15 years experience in Software Engineering/ Development/ Project Management
- Possess strong Application Architectural experience
- Experience in .NET, JAVA and Mobile technologies
- Experience in managing large teams
- Implemented Engineering best practices and Quality Standards (CMMI, ISO)
- Successfully managed medium and large scale software development projects
- Exposure to Client Relationship and high level service planning
- Exposure to Senior Management and Human Resource best practices
- Experience in Outsourcing/ Offshore client delivery (preferred)
- Experience of working with US based clients (preferred)
